Providing Veterinary care for Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Maitland, and the Greater Orlando Area.

Various Appointment Types for the Busiest of Lifestyles

Who has time to take their pet the vet? Most of us work full time, have kids to take to ball games or dance class, and then we have to eat, which means we need time to make dinner or other meals. Life for most us us is like a high-speed bullet train on the express track. Dr. Matagrano understands this all too well. As a mother of twin pre-schoolers, life just never stops moving forward at work or at home. That is why we offer everyone a way to care for their fur kids needs in this fast paced world in which we live. If you like to be present with your pet and like to stay to a schedule, we recommend making an appointment. If your life is fast-paced and you just never know when you can get to the vet, maybe a walk-in style visit will fit the bill. Then again, if you know when you would like to get to the vet but can't stay for the appointment, we offer drop-offs to help you manage the rest of your day better. Read on to see what style best fits you and give us a call today (407)-862-6892.

Scheduled Appointments

Scheduled Appointments provide a set time of day to see the doctor. Scheduled appointments will be given priority over walk-in appointments. To schedule an appointment call (407) 862-6892

Walk-Ins

We understand that when a pet gets sick or you find an opening in your own schedule, making an appointment is not always convenient. We want you to be able to feel that you can ask for our help or services even without making a scheduled appointment so that we can accommodate everyones busy schedules. We allow anyone to bring in a pet for a visit between the hours of 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm without making an appointment prior to arriving at the clinic. Walk-ins allow your pet to be seen by the doctor at the next available time slot in-between appointments that may have been scheduled. Please understand that there may be a wait to see the doctor, but if you are patient we will treat your pet for any need you have that day!

Drop-Offs

Getting time off from work to get your pet’s vaccines, annual exam, treatment for an ear infection or any other care can be difficult. We understand the busy life of our clients and offer drop-off appointments. If you drop your pet off for a minimum of three hours starting as early as 8am or as late as 2pm, we will care for and treat your fuzz kid while you are at work or taking care of your daily activities.

Veterinary Technician Appointments

Are your pet’s nails too long, does your pet need a bath, has your pet been scooting their back end on the floor or is there wax build-up in their ears? These are all types of appointments that can be made with a technician to help you keep your pet healthy without needing to make time in your schedule to see the doctor. Technician appointments include but are by no means limited to: toenail trims, baths, anal gland expressions, and even ear cleanings. Technician appointments can be scheduled or you can walk in throughout our regular business hours to have the technician perform the above mentioned appointments.
